RICE AND MUSHROOMS
1 cup of mushrooms, sliced 1 onion, chopped 3 tablespoons of butter 3 teaspoons of soy sauce Salt 3 cups cooked white rice
Saute the mushrooms and onion in butter.
Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
Add rice and mix all the ingredients. Fluff the rice using a fork.
Serve hot.
