GRILLED PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS
8 large portabella mushrooms Garlic powder Onion powder Cayenne pepper Paprika Salt and pepper Virgin olive oil
Clean and stem mushrooms. With the bottoms up in a shallow pan, add dry ingredients to taste and cover entire mushroom with olive oil. I usually let the mushrooms soak up all the oil before I turn it to season the other side. Do the same for the other side. Let the mushrooms marinate for at least a hour.
Grill bottom side down first. Grill each side for about 5-7 minutes (depends on how large and thick your mushrooms are). Serve immediately. Servings: 4
