PEPPERY PASTA TOSS
1/2 cup butter 1 tbsp dry sherry 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed 1/2 tsp dried basil, crushed 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper 1 lb cooked pasta
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add sherry, garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper and red pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over cooked pasta.
