GRILLED TURKEY BURGERS
1 lb ground turkey 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs 1/3 cup finely chopped flat leafed parsley (opt.) 1 egg lightly beaten Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp vegetable oil 1 small onion, very finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 4 grilled, toasted buns
Mix first 5 ingredients together; cover and refrigerate.
In frying pan, heat oil and add chopped onions; cook until cooked, but not brown (3-4 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and remove from heat. Let cool at room temperature, then and add to meat mixture.
Form into 4 patties and cook on outdoor grill (or pan fry) approximately 6 minutes on each side.
Serve on toasted buns.
