COUNTRY BAKED BEANS
Absolutely delicious and so simple to make.
1 Jar (48 oz.) cooked Great Northern Beans 1 bottle (14 oz.) catsup 1 1/2 lbs lean pork, cut into 1 inch cubes 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar 1/4 large sweet onion, chopped 3 tbsp prepared mustard 1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients; mix gently, but well. Place in beanpot, or casserole.
Bake at 300 degrees, uncovered, for 5-6 hours; cover the last hour.
Or: Place in slow cooker (crock pot) and cook on low heat overnight.
Servings: 10-12
