SPINACH AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
Distinctive and delicious.
3 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach 2 cups sour cream 1 (1-1/2 oz) envelope onion soup mix 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Cook spinach as package directs. Drain, and combine with the sour cream and soup mix. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with the grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until heated through; approx. 25 minutes.
