4 loin pork chops 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 onions, cut into thin rings 4 thin slices Mozzarella 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 1/4 cup bouillon Preheat oven to 350 F.
Brown chops in hot olive oil on both sides. Remove from pan.
Cover bottom of a baking dish with melted butter and top with onion rings, spreading evenly. Arrange browned chops on onion, top each chop with a slice of mozzarella and spread with tomato sauce. Pour bouillon into baking dish.
Cover and bake 40 minutes. |
