Ribbon Fantasy Fudge
3 cups sugar 3/4 up margarine 2/3 cup evaporated milk 6 oz. chocolate chips 7 oz. marshmallow cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup peanut butter
Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar with 6 Tablespoons margarine and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling 3-4 minutes, stirring over med-high heat. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips. Add 1 cup marshmallow cream and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until blended. Pour into greased 13x9-inch pan. Reserve.
Combine remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 Tablespoons margarine and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling 3-4 minutes, stirring over med-high heat. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter. Add remeianing cut of marshmellow cream and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until blended. Pour over chocolate layer.
Cover and chill.
