Sassy and Spicy Cornbread
1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies 1 (16 ounces) can creamed corn 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 cup flour 1 cup white cornmeal 4 tsp baking powder
Mix butter and sugar, add eggs, chilies, corn and cheese.
Stir in flour, cornmeal, and baking powder.
Grease butter all over a 9 by 13 inch pan; pour in batter.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
