Baked Rice Casserole
2 cups uncooked rice 1 can chicken broth 2 lb. lean pork sausage (spicy) 1 1/2 cups chopped celery 2 medium chopped onions 2 small cans mushrooms 2 small bell peppers, chopped 2 small cans water chestnuts 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter, melted (may use less)
Cook rice in chicken broth.
Saute sausage in skillet. Add chopped vegetables and butter to skillet and saute.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350 degrees in covered dish 30-45 minutes.
