This is from Love from the Heart of the Home by Susan Branch. She is an expert on celebrating every day!

BAKED BANANAS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Put one large ripe banana (in its skin) per person on a cookie sheet.

Bake for about 20 minutes-till skins turn completely black.

Slit open and moosh up, same as you would with a baked potato.

Delicious when cuddled with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with gound coffee beans.
