Cheddar Pecan Cheese Ball
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, room temperature 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup pecan halves
In medium mixing bowl beat the cheeses, sour cream, mustard and onion powder with an electric mixture on medium speed until well combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and coat with chopped pecans. Place on a serving plate and arrange pecan halves around the base.
