SALMON PARTY LOG

1 (16-oz.) can salmon
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced green onion
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Drain and flake salmon; discard bones.

Combine next 6 ingredients. Mix thoroughly and chill.

Combine walnuts and parsley.

Shape salmon mixture into 8x2-inch log. Roll in nuts and parsley. Wrap in plastic and chill.

Serve with crackers.
