TANGERINE SHRIMP COCKTAIL
1/2 cup catsup 1/4 cup chili sauce 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 1/3 cup finely chopped celery 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon finely minced onion 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish 2 drops Tabasco 1 cup chilled fresh tangerine sections 1 cup diced celery 2 cups cooked whole shrimp
Combine catsup, chili sauce, orange juice, finely diced celery, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and Tabasco. Chill to blend flavors.
Add tangerines, diced celery and shrimp.
Spoon into cocktail glasses.
