BLOODY MARY (without alcohol) Source: The Mocktail Bar Guide: 200 Recipes for Safe and Sober Parties by Frank Thomas, Karen Lancaster Brown12 ounces cold tomato juice 1/8 teaspoon celery salt 2 pinches of white pepper 1/2 teaspoon fresh horseradish 1 fresh garlic clove, minced 1/4 cup chopped fresh onion Pinch of fresh parsley Green margarita salt Celery stalk with leaves Puree first 7 ingredients in blender at high speed 30 seconds. Wet rim of Collins glass, then coat with green salt. Carefully pour mixture into glass and add celery stalk. Serve immediately.
