ARGO CORN STARCH EGG DROP SOUP EXPRESS
6 cups water 3 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 Tbsp concentrated chicken broth 2 Tbsp Argo® or Kingsford’s® Corn Starch 2 eggs, beaten 4 green onions, sliced Salt and white or black pepper to taste
In large saucepan combine bouillon cubes, water and corn starch. Add bouillon cubes; stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
Stirring constantly, slowly add beaten eggs in a steady stream.
Remove from heat; stir in green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
