PORK TENDERLOIN SANDWICH
6 pork tenderloin medallions, 2 to 3 ounces each 1/3 cup orange marmalade 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces salt butter pepper 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Saute tenderloin slices over low heat until well done, about 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Butter the toasted hamburger buns.
Spread a little marmalade over each slice of meat; place on buns and top each with green pepper. Serve hot.
