TIGER PRAWNS AND LEMON SAUSAGE SKEWERS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE
MUSTARD SAUCE: 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons soy sauce SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE: 25 large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 2-3 links Aidells Smoked Lemon Chicken Sausage, sliced into 1 or 2-inch rounds. 1 or 2 long metal skewers
Whisk ingredients for mustard sauce together in a small bowl; chill until serving time.
Alternate shrimp and sausage on skewers.
Grill over medium hot coals for 7-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink; turning skewer once.
Serve with mustard sauce.
