BEAN AND SAUSAGE STEW
1/2 pound low fat turkey sausage 1 (15.5-ounce) navy beans with liquid 1 large onion, sliced 1 (15.5-ounce) pinto beans with liquid 1 cup sliced celery 2 cups water 2 cups sliced, peeled carrots
Slice sausage into rounds 1/4 inch thick, fry until brown.
Add onion to sausage and continue cooking until onion is brown. Drain grease from pan.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the sausage-onion mixture. Cover and simmer 45-60 minutes.
