TACO AND BURRITO FILLING
1 pound lean hamburger 1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix Water (according to instructions on mix) 1 (16-ounce) can Mexican style pinto beans 12 tortillas (corn or flour) Toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes and lettuce, salsa, nonfat yogurt or sour cream
Brown hamburger in a skillet. Drain, discard fat. Reduce heat.
Add beans, taco seasoning mix, and water as seasoning packet directs. Simmer 10 minutes.
Prepare toppings. Serve.
