SANDWICH MAKER ENCHILADAS

1 can Enchilada sauce or homemade sauce
2 tablespoons Cooked diced meat (chicken, turkey, ground beef, tuna, shrimp, crab.
2 Tblsp grated cheddar cheese
Salsa to taste
Cilantro to taste
Sour cream for garnish if you want.

Use tortilla wrappers they will give you much better result than using bread.

Dip the tortillas in sauce until wrapper is completely coated. Mix together the meat, cheese, salsa and cilantro.

Fill each tortilla with 4-5 tablespoons with the mixture. Cook for approximately 4 minutes or until done.

Serve with a salad and you have a great summer meal..
