BISQUICK HAMBURGER ONION PIE
CRUST: 1 cup Bisquick 1/3 cup light cream FILLING: 1 lb hamburger 2 medium onions, chopped 2 tbsp Bisquick 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp MSG (optional) 1/4 tsp pepper 2 eggs 1 cup cottage cheese paprika
Heat oven to 375 F.
Mix Bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10 times. Roll dough to fit 9-inch pie plate.
Saute beef and onion in fry pan until beef is browned and onions translucent.
Add next four ingredients to the beef mixture. Mix well and put in pie plate.
Beat eggs slightly and blend in cottage cheese. Pour over meat and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 30 minutes.
