SALMON BLENDER PIE
1 can (213 g/7.5 oz) Gold Seal salmon 1/2 cup frozen peas, blanched 1/4 cup chopped green onion 1 1/2 cups milk 1 cups variety baking mix (like Bisquick) 4 eggs dash hot red pepper sauce 6 thin slices zucchini
Preheat oven to 400F (200C) and lightly grease a 10-inch (1 L) pie plate.
Drain salmon, reserving juices, and flake into pie plate along with peas and chopped green onion.
Place milk, salmon juices, baking mix, eggs, and hot red pepper sauce in blender and blend for 15 seconds. (Or beat with electric mixer for one full minute.)
Pour into pie plate. Place zucchini slices at regular intervals around edge of pie.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
