GRANDMA’S STRAWBERRY BREADSource: Grandma's Favorite Strawberry Recipes by Lanette CoalsonMakes 2 loaves 3 cups flour i teaspoon salt i teaspoon cinnamon 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon soda 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup oil 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar, soda and gelatin. Reserve 1/4 cup. Beat eggs and oil together. Fold in dry mixture. Mix reserved 1/4 cup dry mixture with the strawberries and nuts. Fold into batter mixture. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
