MICRO-QUICK BLUEBERRY PIE
1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 2 pints blueberries 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 (9-inch) prepared crumb pie crust
In microwavabie bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and water Cook on high 2 minutes; mixture should be thick.
Stir, and add blueberries. Cook on High 3 minutes, stirring once.
Pour into pie crust.
