LEMON CILANTRO SPREAD

A fresh burst of flavor that can be added to a fish or meat entrée.

1 cup Fresh Buttery Taste™ Spread, softened
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Beat Fresh Buttery Taste™ Spread in small bowl at medium speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low.

Add all remaining ingredients; beat, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors. Serve over grilled fish or chicken.

Yield: 1 cup
