DR. BARBECUE'S CAROLINA MUSTARD SAUCE
3/4 cup yellow mustard 3/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1 Tablespoon butter 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 minutes.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Refrigerate unused sauce up to several weeks.
