Quick and Savory Basting Sauce
1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, melted soft, sticks or squeezable 3 Tablesppons minced parsley 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 or 3 cloves minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes salt and pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients.
Baste chicken, seafood, steak or vegetables for grilling or broiling.
