AMBROSIA SALAD
4 bananas; sliced 1 1/2 cups oranges; diced 1 cup grapes seedless 1 cup dates; chopped 4 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup coconut flaked RED FRUIT SALAD DRESSING: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup cranberry sauce jellied 1/2 cup cream whipping; whipped
Combine first 4 ingredients and sprinkle with lemon juice; chill.
Before serving toss lightly. Garnish with coconut and serve with Red Fruit Salad Dressing.
RED FRUIT SALAD DRESSING: Combine all ingredients using a folding motion. Yield: 2 cups.
