MARGARITA SALSA SALAD DRESSING Source: the Macayo Restaurant chain Servings: 8
1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup water 4 Tablespoons white vinegar 1 teaspoon Macayo Margarita Mix or Rose's Lime juice 1 teaspoon 3-pepper spice blend Juice of one fresh orange Ground pepper
In a small bowl or shaker, whisk together or shake all ingredients.
Use on your regular mix of salad greens or try it over salad made from two fresh tomatoes, one red onion, one green pepper and three Tablespoons of chopped parsley.
