BRAISED HORSERADISH SAUCE FOR GRILLED SALMON
1 cup ketchup 2 Tablespoons fresh horseradish, finely grated 2 Tablespoons molasses 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/8 cup light brown sugar
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, molasses, salt, vinegar and brown sugar. Stir well to combine.
This sauce may be lightly brushed on the salmon while grilling and served with the grilled salmon.
