1-2-3 LEMON MOUSSE
1 1/2 cups whipping cream 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Beat whipping cream with sugar, lemon juice and extract until mixture mounds softly.
Spoon into dessert dishes, cover and chill well before serving.
