Yummy goodness on a cracker!! If you're a pepperoni lover, then this is for you! And it SO easy and only 2 ingredients - pepperoni and sour cream.

PEPPERONI DIP

I use the pillow packs of pepperoni, but you could also use a pepperoni stick.

Grind it up, add sour cream and voila! Its done.

A general rule of thumb - you use the same amount of sour cream as you do pepperoni (ex. an 8 ounce pillow pack of pepperoni plus 8 ounces of sour cream).

This is a versatile recipe - you can grind the pepperoni as much or little as you want, you can add more or less sour cream to suit your personal preferences.

It's best served on Ritz (or similar) crackers.
