ITALIAN CHEESECAKE
3 lbs. ricotta cheese 5 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 oz. grated lemon and orange peels, finely grated 1 tsp. vanilla
Blend all of these ingredients.
Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
Bake in a 350F degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
