NO-COOK CREAM CHEESE FUDGE
2 cups confectioner's sugar 4 oz. cream cheese,softened 2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted 1 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with waxed paper that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray, leaving portions of the waxed paper overlapping the sides of the pan at least an inch.
In a medium bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan.
Chill for 8 hours or until firm.
Lift wax paper out of pan and transfer to cutting board. Cut fudge into pieces. Store fudge in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
