PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE
1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 1/4 cups water 4 eggs 1/4 cup oil 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. pistachio flavor instant pudding mix 1/2 tsp. almond extract 7 drops green food coloring powdered sugar (for topping)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar.
Beat on low speed just to moisten. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan.
Bake 50-55 minutes until tests done. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Invert onto wire rack and cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
