MUELLER'S CLASSIC LINGUINE WITH CLAMS
16 oz Mueller's Linguine 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup parsley*, chopped 4 cans (6.5 oz. each) minced clams, undrained 6 cloves garlic, minced freshly ground black pepper parmesan cheese, grated
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
Drain clams; reserve liquid.
Cook garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add reserved clam liquid and parsley; boil 2 minutes. Stir in clams; heat 1 minute.
Toss with cooked pasta. Sprinkle with pepper and parmesan cheese to taste.
*Substitute 1/2 teaspoon each dried basil and oregano, crushed for the fresh parsley, if desired.
