CHERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

Makes 2 (8-inch) round cakes servings

1 box devil’s food cake mix (plus ingredients to make cake mix)
2 cans (21 oz.) Comstock® or Wilderness® More Fruit Cherry Fruit Filling or Topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare cake according to cake mix pkg. directions.

Pour one can cherry filling into each of two 8-inch round baking pans. Spread evenly.

Pour batter over cherries, dividing equally between the two pans.

Bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick tests clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.

Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm or cool.
