HAM AND CHEESE SLAW
This is nice and light, but filling. Add croissants and a fruit salad made with grapefruit, oranges and maraschino cherries for a terrific brunch, lunch or dinner!
1 cup ham, chopped 1/4 cup sour cream 2 cups green and red cabbage, finely shredded 2 teaspoons prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup celery, thinly sliced 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup mayonnaise 8 ounces, Swiss cheese, sliced
Combine cabbages, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add cheese and ham and toss carefully. Refrigerate.
