This is a great recipe from a Make-a-Wish Foundation cookbook. Our son adores these.
Stuffed Mushrooms A La Ginger
mushrooms 1/3 cup fine cracker crumbs 4 tablespoons butter, softened 3 tablespoons shredded jack cheese 2 tablespoons red wine 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Mix together remaining ingredients. Fill mushrooms and place on foil-lined cookie sheet.
Broil until brown and bubbly, about 3-5 minutes.
