Udon and Prawn Stir-Fry
400 gm peeled green prawns 1 sm piec ginger, sliced 100 gm snow peas 3 stalk spring onion 3 pkt Trident Udon Noodles 2 tbl vegetable oil
STIR-FRY SAUCE: 6 tbl Trident Oyster Sauce 2 tbl Trident Sesame Oil 2 tbl Soy Sauce 8 tbl water 1 tsp sugar
Mix ingredients for stir-fry sauce in a saucepan, heat gently. Heat vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry the prawns and vegetables until cooked.
Simply add noodles and sauce, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is almost dry. Serve immediately.
NOTES : Ready in 10 minutes.
Serves 3 to 4.
