GARLIC CHICKEN AND GRAPES
vegetable cooking spray 6 whole chicken legs, thighs attached (about 3 pounds), skinned 2 tablespoons dijon mustard 2 tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 2 cups red or green seedless grapes (about 3/4 pound) 4 cups cooked broccoli 6 cooked new potatoes Spray microwave dish with cooking spray. Place chicken, skinned side down, in dish with thighs to outside of dish.
Microwave, covered, on High for 10 minutes.
Combine mustard, soy, honey, vinegar and garlic; stir until well-combined. Turn chicken over, discard liquid in dish, pour mustard sauce over chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Microwave, uncovered, on High for 10 minutes or until meat near thighbone is no longer pink.
Sprinkle grapes around chicken.
Cover and microwave on High until grapes are just heated through, 45 seconds to 1 minute. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Serve with broccoli and potatoes.
