PARTY PIZZA DIP

1 lb. sausage
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lbs. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cans (15 oz. each) pizza sauce with cheese

Saute sausage, ground beef, onion and garlic and drain. Combine all ingredients in Slow Cooker.

Cover and heat on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or until hot, stirring every 30 minutes after the first hour.

NOTE: Do not cook longer on HIGH without stirring because the cheese may begin to stick to the bottom.
