SAUSAGE STUFFING BALLSSource: Mom's Favorite Recipes: What Mom's are Making Every Day From Across America (Gooseberry Patch)This recipe has been in my recipe box for nearly 35 years...it always reminds me of wonderful meals with family and friends. - Susan Young; Madison, Alabama 1 lb. ground sausage, browned 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup onion, diced 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix 1/2 cup cranberries, chopped 1 egg, beaten 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup butter, melted Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place sausage, celery and onion in a skillet; heat until vegetables are tender. Transfer to a bowl; toss with stuffing mix. Stir in cranberries, egg, chicken broth and butter; mix well. Shape into 8 10 balls; arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Servings: 8-10
