SPINACH STUFFED MUSHROOMS
1 envelope Lipton ® Recipe Secrets ® Onion Soup Mix 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's ® Garlic Powder with Parsley 42 mushrooms caps 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In medium bowl, combine Soup Mix, spinach, sour cream and garlic powder; fill mushroom caps. On greased baking pan, arrange mushrooms; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Makes: 42 mushrooms Source: Unilever
