BOURSIN CHEESE SPREAD
1 clove garlic 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened 1 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 Tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp dried dillweed 1/4 tsp dried marjoram 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp pepper
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add garlic. Process until finely chopped, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients; process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides.
Makes about 3 cups
