Tuscan Turkey Breast was a big success this Thanksgiving! Even our daughter, who usually doesn't like turkey, had a second helping. We blended the juices with all the chunky stuff & made fantastic gravy! We couldn't find ginger lemon lime marmelade, we used a "three fruit" marmalade and added a splash of lime juice along with the lemon juice.
