HONEY-MUSTARD CHICKEN
1/2 cup cooking sherry 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce 1 package Equal or Sweet and Low 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts GLAZE: 2 Tablespoons honey 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Combine marinade ingredients in a dish and add chicken breasts, completely covering chicken. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir together the glaze ingredients.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken in baking dish and brush with glaze mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
