PUMPKIN BREAD
3 cups granulated sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs, beaten 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin 3 1/2 cups flour 2 tsp soda 2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp allspice 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground cloves 2/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans
In large bowl mix together sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and combine.
Add dry ingredients, then add water, stirring until just mixed. Pour batter into prepared loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes and then remove bread from pans. Cool completely.
Wrap tightly. Freezes well.
