CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE
3 Eggs 1 cup white or light Corn Syrup 2/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup Melted Butter 1 cup Chopped Pecans 1/2 cup Milk-Chocolate Chips Unbaked Deep Dish Pie Shell
In a medium size mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a FORK. Stir in corn syrup, sugar and melted butter and mix well. Stir in the chopped pecans and milk-chocolate chips.
Place pie shell on a rimmed cookie sheet and pour in the filling, making sure to evenly distribute the chips and pecans.
Very carefully put cookie sheet in a preheated 350F oven. Cover edge of pie with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake about 25 minutes more or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let pie cool thoroughly on a wire rack before serving. Cover and chill to store.
